Q: I ordered through TikTok Shop - how do I track my order?
A: TikTok Shop orders are fulfilled through our warehouse partners and can be tracked through your TikTok Shop order history. You'll receive tracking updates directly in the TikTok app.
Q: Are TikTok Shop products the same quality as website orders?

Q: Can I return opened supplements?
A: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened supplement products unless there's a quality issue.
